To initiate a return, please return the item using a trackable shipping service or contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns sent back after 14 days of initiation will not be accepted for a refund.
The fragrance should be packed securely so that it doesn't move around inside the box to ensure no damage occurs to the product itself.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return depending on the condition of the product when it is sent back. To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be sealed in their original packaging.
Opened, used, or damaged product returns may be refused for a refund.

We do not offer free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you want a different item, place a new order.
