FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
At Adora Oud, we try our best to offer the best shipping prices and service options to our customers. We also offer Free Shipping with a minimum purchase price that is subject to change through the year. Please check the minimum purchase price at the time of order to see if you are eligible or not.
Free Shipping offer only applies to the Continental U.S. states and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
International Orders are NOT eligible for free shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES/UPDATES
For any orders requiring an address update/change, the request must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. If the update request is made 30 minutes or more after the order has been placed, Adora Oud cannot guarantee the update will be made.
In case of any incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the shipping charge will be the customer's responsibility in case of returned packages and/or undeliverable packages. If the customer received free shipping on that order, the cost of resending the package to the correct address will no longer be available and shipping cost will be invoiced.
In case of a returned package due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, if the customer chooses to get a refund or cancel the order. The shipping cost Adora Oud paid to send the package will first be deducted from the refund value.
Signature Required At Delivery
All orders over $350 are sent via FedEx Express with Signature Required. Unfortunately, as during shipping and delivery, things can get lost/ misplaced, orders that are of higher value at $350+ are automatically sent with a signature confirmation required. UPS Ground attempted three times to deliver and get a signature. If they are unable to get a signature and complete the delivery successfully, the package will be taken to the local FedEx store or access point. The customer is responsible for retrieving the package in a timely manner.
Packages that are sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, non-deliverability issues due to issues with the location of the delivery address, or packages not picked up in time from the shipping carrier access point will be refunded minus the shipping charges. The customer would be responsible for placing a new order.
